1. How technology affects communication :
- Positively : nowadays we can communicate with our relatives very easy even if our relatives live in another country because we have internet and social media.
- Negatively : some of us become addicted to chat via Internet and makes us lazy to communicate in the real world.
2. Why listening is such a big challenge for most people?
- Because in my opinion listening requires skill and it categorized as an art. Its not only about hearing people thoughts, story, opinion or etc but while you listening someone you have to reply them with speaking. And make sure you think about your answer because it can make them happy or sad.
